The location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers as it is just steps away from the sandy shores. the cottages, although small and in rows, provide a cozy and rustic feel. the proximity to the flea market allows for a unique shopping experience.
The neighboring restaurant can get quite noisy, which may be bothersome seeking a peaceful atmosphere.

Steps away from the beach. Unique base for your vacations in Anjuna. Free parking was provided to the guests. We enjoyed sea horse cottages.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this cozy little place. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. We loved being so close to all the action and being able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having AC and hot water available. it was a delightful experience.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few drawbacks. The wifi was only available in the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient as we had to go there to access the internet.

Located right on the beach, this hotel offers stunning views and easy access to the water. the staff is friendly and always eager to help. the restaurant serves delicious food and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus, the affordable price is unbeatable.
The noise level can be a bit too high, especially during peak party season. Some rooms lack air conditioning, so it can get warm during the day.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach of this city. I loved being able to just walk out and sit on the chairs placed on the beach whenever I wanted. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were also quite large and comfortable.
